This morning, I ran 1.25mi in 16:12 followed by a 3 minute brisk walk to cool down!
I also use my Nike+ with my iPod Touch to track the time and pace - now I just need to get this thing well calibrated so it will have accurate distances too.
My goal is to run a 5K in 30 minutes and once I can do that consistently, I'll bridge to a 10K
I've begun thinking I want to do a 1/2 marathon next spring...words I never thought would come out of my mouth...oh my
